Our Factory & Production Capacity

Two production sites in Humen Town, Dongguan, the garment cluster of southern China. We have produced women's apparel for OEM and ODM buyers since 2013, running sampling, cutting, sewing, inspection and packing under our own roof.

Two floors in one industrial zone. Work moves between them in minutes, not days.

Both sites sit inside Dalinshan Industrial Zone, so cutting, sewing and finishing happen inside one gate. Nothing is trucked out to a third party between those steps.

Four equipment groups carry the bulk of our output. All four sit in our own workshops, so the schedule is ours to keep, not a subcontractor's to negotiate.

The four numbers buyers ask for first.

Send us your quantity and delivery window before you commit, and we confirm the production slot in writing. Sampling and bulk sewing run in the same building, so an approved sample goes onto the line without being re-briefed elsewhere. Lead time is set by the slowest certified component, not by the sewing floor, so tell us early if a style needs certified fabric, a special finish or a specific test report.

Same people from sample approval to final inspection.

The sample room sits with the sewing floor, so a fit correction goes back to the pattern in one step instead of two. QC and merchandising work on the floor while your order runs, and one person follows it from sample approval to final inspection. When something on the line does not match the approved sample, it is stopped there rather than sorted out at packing.

We list this openly, because it tells you what you can hold us directly responsible for.

Anything on the left we control and can be audited inside our own buildings. Anything on the right runs through partners we have worked with for years. We still hold the sample approvals, the colour standards and the inspection records, and we can arrange mill visits or test reports when your compliance team asks for them.

Documents go out with the quote, not after the first order.
